Redecoration of windows and roof repairs to front and rear elevations. We are notifying you of the erection of a scaffold to the front and rear elevations at 17 Blenheim Terrace for the purpose of undertaking roof repairs and redecorating the timber sash window frames.

Effects of this interruption upon building occupants: Presence of fixed scaffolding to front and rear elevations. Presence of contractors working at height on roof and around windows. Vehicular movements in Pink Zone Car Park and the loss of 4 parking bays.

Reason for works/services interruption: Maintenance & repair of roof and windows.
