Baines Wing: Potential Disruption

The School of Healthcare are currently undergoing a £1.7M refurbishment programme, part of which includes the expansion of existing clinical skills facilities. As part of this scheme it is necessary to replace an existing condensing unit, which is currently located on one of the flat roofs belonging to Baines Wing.
Services to be interrupted: Installation of a replacement condensing unit.
Effects of this interruption upon building occupants: Due to the location of the crane there will be restricted access to the rear of Baines Wing between 6.00am – 10.00am. As a precautionary measure there will be no access to the toilets on the third floor of Baines Wing between 6.00am – 10.00am. Supplementary information has been produced to show the extent of restrictions.
