Clarendon Way Road Closure
Where: Clarendon Way
When: 10/10/2016 – 03/07/2017
This is to allow for new high voltage cables to be laid from the new 33kV sub station on Hyde Street to the Generating Station Complex.
Services to be interrupted: There will be no access for vehicles along this route.
Effects of this interruption upon building occupants: Pedestrian access to the buildings along Clarendon Way will remain open. Vehicles will not be able to access parking to the Orange Zone car parks via Clarendon Way. The alternative access route to the car parks is via Calverley Street.
For delivery vehicles this will mean:
Access for deliveries and refuse removal vehicles will remain open. The best access route is via Hyde Street on to Clarendon Way.
