A PIF is required for all work that is required to the fabric of a building or services within a building. This typically includes refurbishments and remodelling works.
Please use this PIF Planon form for any proactive refurbishment or remodelling works or any works that require design input.
If you do not have access to the link, please contact your Facilities Manager who will be able to advise on the next steps and submit the request on your behalf.

I reported a job earlier, when will an engineer be here?
A Service Level Agreement (SLA) has been agreed for various faults across campus. The length of time it takes for an engineer to visit depends on the nature of the job. However, we will get an engineer out to assess your fault as soon as possible.
If you have any questions regarding your request please contact the helpdesk on 0113 343 5555 quoting your job number.
Where can I park on campus?
The University of Leeds has a multi-storey car park which can be used by visitors if booked via a member of staff. More details can be found on the visitor parking page of carparking.leeds.ac.uk
The location of the multi-storey car park can be found on the University’s campus map.
When does the heating get switched on/off?
The heating is generally switched off when the students leave at the end of the academic year. The heating will usually get switched on again around October. However, this is subject to change depending on the weather.
I’ve got a Parking Charge Notice – what shall I do?
Parking Charge Notices can be paid online.
More information about charges can be found on the Parking Enforcement page of carparking.leeds.ac.uk.
If you would like to appeal against your Parking Charge Notice you can email your appeal through to parkingappeals@leeds.ac.uk and we will look into this for you.
