No water in Astbury Building

We are writing to inform you that water supplies cannot be used in the above building at the above date and time.

Restricted access to Garstang and Priestley service road

Access to the service road between Priestley and the Garstang building will be restricted for two weeks.

Vehicles will not be able to pass through and the bike racks to the south elevation of Priestley will be unavailable.

Access Restricted to TV Courtyard for Structural Steel Delivery

Sewell construction need to make the structural steel delivery for the FBS Cheney Lab project: the TV courtyard area will be completely cordoned-off for H&S reasons, therefore, during the duration of the steel delivery, any access required to level 5 and 6 Garstang will have to be made by going up to level 7 Garstang and travelling downward.

Energy Building ground investigation works

Ground investigation works to the rear of the Energy Building as part of the Net Zero (Engineering Energy Centre) programme of works.

Roger Stevens water supply

We are writing to inform you that water supplies cannot be used in the above building at the specified date and time.

Ramp closure at Roger Stevens

To ensure scaffold can be erected and work can be conducted safely, the Roger Stevens ramp will be closed from 6 January 2025 – 21 February 2025.

Maintenance work is required to the north elevations of Roger Stevens, as part of ongoing concrete repair work across campus.

Urgent concrete repairs at EC Stoner

There will be disruption around the EC Stoner building until 31 January 2025, due to a programme of urgent concrete repair works.

Cheney Lab project at Roger Stevens

There will be some access disruption while work takes place to create the new Cheney Laboratory from 4 November 2024 to 28 April 2025
