MAINTAINING CAMPUS
We undertake an annual programme of maintenance projects to ensure our buildings and green areas remain welcoming and safe spaces.
DEVELOPING CAMPUS
Our in-house team are experts in the fields of architecture and design. They work across Schools and Faculties to create innovative learning and teaching spaces.
MANAGING SPACE
We are continually maximising the space we have to enable the refurbishment of current, and construction of new, facilities on campus.
MANAGING ENERGY
Controlling our energy usage allows us to run an effective and efficient estate. Our focus supports the wider responsibilities of the University.
PARKING ON CAMPUS
While the University is an advocate of sustainable travel we do provide parking facilities, with degrees of access, for staff, students and visitors.
FACILITIES SUPPORT
Facilities Support Services provide support to the Central Teaching Space on campus including over 250 lecture theatres and classrooms.
SECURITY SERVICES
Our team operates 24 hours a day offering crime prevention advice, patrolling campus and responding to alarms and emergencies.
CLEANING SERVICES
Our team services all academic buildings on campus and are committed to providing a high standard of cleaning services across the University.
