This is a new service that is currently being activated at the request of schools/services for booking desk space. Your feedback will help us improve it.
Following the impact of Covid-19 and the changes we have had to make to our working practices, there has been a requirement to launch a desk booking process for University staff. Through this process, staff members can book a desk when they are required to come on site. Please follow the latest information about working safely on campus.
Book your desk space
If your school/service is using this booking system please contact your local reservation administrator to enquire about your team being included in the system.
Please note: If you have any issues with your login access please email PlanonSupport@leeds.ac.uk.
Once you have your login you can book a desk and view your reservations via Planon.
