To raise a shower or basin request, choose from the following options.

Basin or tap broken

Raise a request for when a basin or tap is broken beyond use.

Basin or tap leaking

Raise a request relating to a basin or tap leaking.

Low pressure

Raise a request relating to low pressure.

No water

Raise a request relating to no water.

Reseal request

Raise a reseal request.

Shower blocked

Raise a request relating to a blocked shower.

Shower damaged

Raise a request relating to a damaged shower. This includes shower door issues, tiling issues or shower cracked, etc.

Shower head/hose faults

Raise a request relating to a fault in the shower head or hose.

Shower leaking

Raise a request relating to a shower leaking.

Sink/basin blocked

Raise a request relating to a blocked basin or sink.

Sink/basin damaged

Raise a request relating to a damaged sink or basin. This includes a cracks, breaks detached from wall, a hole etc.

Sink/basin smell

Raise a request relating to sink or basin smell.

Tap won’t turn off

Raise a request relating to a tap not turning off. This covers everyting from dripping to stuck on full flow.

Tap won’t turn on

Raise a request relating to a tap not turning on. This relates to the tap head or lever been stuck.

Temperature issue

Raise a request relating to a temperature issue. This relates to the water from the tap or shower being too hot or too cold.

Water discoloured

Raise a request relating to discoloured water.
