Requests relating to charging point issues.
Intruder Alarm
Raise requests relating to issues with an intruder alarm including controls, damage, not working or any other issue.
Isolate/check supply
Requests relating to isolation of power, UPS faults, generators and electric cable issues.
Lighting
Requests relating to lights including; flickering, switch faults, damages, external light issues, no power, emergency light issues and change/removal of lighting.
No power
Requests relating to no power to plug sockets and no power to a whole building floor.
No power to appliance
Requests relating to pumps, extraction fans, and water heaters or tea boilers.
Noise/smell of burning
Requests relating to the smell of burning and strange noises or buzzing sounds.
General electrical request
Any other request not specified by a tab.
