The Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon

Last updated on 12 June 2023

On Sunday 14 May 2023, The Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon will see over 15,000 participants take on a route through Leeds that starts and finishes at Headingley Stadium. A number of road closures will effect access to the University campus, off site residential and sports facilities.

No access will be possible via the Woodhouse Lane entrance from 7.30am until the road is reopened by the event management team. Hilary Place & Cavendish Road will be closed as the marathon comes through the edge of campus. Please ensure no vehicles are parked on Cavendish Road, Hilary Place or Lodge Street. If vehicles are parked here you will be unable to move them from campus until the event has cleared and the roads reopened.
