Cleaning Services achieve national training accreditation for the second-year running
The University’s Cleaning Services team have once again been officially recognised as a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSs) accredited training centre, renewing the national accreditation they first achieved in 2023.
Empowering staff with recognised qualifications
The accreditation allows Cleaning Services to deliver BICSc-standard training and qualifications in-house, recognised as the industry’s gold standard. This supports staff development, career progression, and ensures consistently high-quality service across the University.
Magali Massip, Head of Cleaning Services said:
“We’re proud to achieve this accreditation. It reflects our commitment to best practice and gives us the ability to develop our team to the highest industry standards, ensuring the University benefits from exceptional cleaning services.”
The university’s BICSc status is renewed every year, demonstrating the ongoing dedication to quality and professional development.
