Cleaning Services hosted their annual festive party celebrate another successful year and recognise staff

Cleaning Services hosted their annual festive party earlier today (8 December) to celebrate another successful year and recognise staff achievements.

Over 160 colleagues gathered at the Refectory for the event featuring games, a quiz, and an awards ceremony. 30 team members were honoured for their contributions before everyone enjoyed a delicious Christmas lunch to conclude the celebrations.

Recognising Achievement Across the Service

The awards ceremony highlighted the outstanding contributions from staff, showcasing individuals’ leadership, teamwork and service excellence. This year’s award winners were:

  • Leader of the Year – Theresa Fahy
  • Newcomer of the Year – Wahyuni
  • Personality of the Year – Gail Radcliffe
  • Reaching Out Award – Geraldine Baker
  • Operative of the Year – Thomas Spence & Frances Marshall

 

Bringing the Team Together

The event not only celebrated accomplishments but set out to create an atmosphere where staff could spend meaningful time together outside of their day-to-day working environment. The festive gathering allowed colleagues who may not regularly cross paths to meet, talk and connect.
