Brief
The entrances to Roger Stevens are being refurbished internally and externally. Doors will be replaced and decor will revitalised.
This work is part of the Campus Improvement Programme – a £32 million Estates-led programme that will create an upgraded campus experience for students by revitalising key spaces.

Morgan Sindall have been appointed by the University to undertake the work.
Work will begin in 2025 and is expected to complete in late 2025.
As part of its delivery of the project, Morgan Sindall will deliver a social value plan that will ensure the project benefits the wider Leeds community.
