Phase 2 of the scheme included the construction of the Newlyn on Mount Preston Street, adjacent to Bright Beginnings Nursery.
The facility provides additional central teaching space, specifically four flat-floor teaching rooms with a capacity for 100 people, plus four teaching rooms each with a capacity for 36 people.
